Tibetan Tea--Immunity and Aging
Lately among admirers of natural medicine are increasingly popular Tibetan medicines and prescriptions due to the fact that residents of this part of the world often experience old age.
We present a recipe for Tibetan tea can boost your immunity.
Ingredients:
● 2 liters of water
● 5g grated ginger
● 2 tablespoons lemon juice
● 2 tablespoons honey
● Pinch ground hot pepper
● Pinch anise
Preparation:
Boil the water and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, then remove it from the fire and let it cool slightly. Add all the other ingredients, close the jar and leave to cool down completely.
It is important that the ingredients do not add in the water while it is still hot as they would have lost its healing properties.
Best tea to drink slowly throughout the day or to drink a glass of drink half an hour before meals.
The dose of two liters a day is sufficient therapy for three persons
